Who’s bullying who?- the Universal Medicine cult’s retaliation overkill

SergioYammers3
An exchange between two mystic dentists and Serge Benhayon on the password protected ‘Debasing Evil 101’ Yammer site referring to their complaint to AHPRA about me (which failed)

I name Universal Medicine’s cartel of promoters. They name me and two friends adversely affected by their activities. They whine that they’re victims of cyber-bullying. They manufacture a website to falsely defame us and invade our privacy.

Since previous efforts to censor and intimidate me haven’t succeeded, the UniMed ‘Facts Team’ has poured forth their ‘love’ and ‘gentleness’ with page upon page of accusatory diatribe they call ‘truth’, and no evidence to substantiate their claims. Their response to our scrutiny of their public behaviour is to ignore evidence, evade our questions and go on a highly personal offensive. At least we know the whereabouts of all that poorly repressed hostility – now firmly projected onto us. But does anyone believe we’re victimizing hundreds of rabidly defensive investors in a multi-million dollar scam? And the legal fund Serge began collecting late 2012, and the four lawyers, including barrister, Charles Wilson, among Serge’s top rung faith-full? Or is it the other way around?

Update March 2015: UniMed’s bullying – Daily Telegraph report

Naming Names revenge

The claws were out when the secret Debasing Evil site sprung a leak.

Rachel Hall in reply to alison greig  As Alison and Simone so clearly point out this is about responsibility. People are being naive and not seeing the potential consequences of their actions – well here they are in black and white in yet another hate blog – where Alison Jenny myself and others like Rebecca B are gone after by the evil lodge. I wonder if the irresponsible ones would be so casual about it if it were their names been bandied across the internet.  Like · Reply · Share · More · March 3 at 6:56pm (Yammer, password protected Debasing Evil 101 site, commenting on leaks)

The ‘evil lodge’ Dr Rachel Hall is referring to is me.

On my Naming Names page, I have named practitioners, individuals and businesses promoting the Universal Medicine commercial enterprise. Those listed can be found publicly talking up UM and UM doctrines online or at public events. If they’re not promoting UM in their workplaces, they’re using their professional standing as a public endorsement. All listed are financially invested in UM, not only by expenditure and donations, but via business connections among the cartel. In other words, those named are financially benefiting from their relationship with the group, and many are enjoying a social status within the group that is unlikely to exist outside. Any defamation lawyer will tell them I have not defamed them by listing them. Nor by applying the cult label, if all the definitions fit.

Yet, I’ve never received a single legal threat or notice, just a lot of underhanded harassment via our lovelies attempting to manipulate regulators and the police to do their bidding.

All the cartel’s previous tilts at censorship and harassment have failed, so they’ve resorted to naming me, my profession and workplace address online with claims I’m a cyber-bully, stalker, troll and suffering a mental pathology.

The thing is, I have nothing to hide, and all I sell in my workplace is my professional services.

When my patients come for treatment, that’s what they get. Treatment. I don’t push a doctrine, an ideology or a ‘way of being’. I’m not financially or ideologically connected with practitioners I refer to or who refer to me. I don’t sell patients workshops or lectures or presentations or meditation groups. Health advice I give is evidence based. I’m a working class practitioner treating mundane health problems, not trying to improve my patients’ hypothetical reincarnations.

And my activism is done in my free time unrelated to my day job. The cult whinges about my use of a pseudonym, falsely claiming I’m ‘anonymous’, but they’ve had my name since December 2012, and my name has been on every notification I’ve made. They don’t comprehend that I use a pseudonym online, like most people do, to separate what I do on my own time from my livelihood.

It’s called professionalism. Some of them might like to try it.

They claim I’d be ashamed of family or patients finding out about my activism, as if it’s secret. And um, it’s a while since I needed to ask my Mum and Dad’s permission to use the computer…Furthermore, my patients don’t care what I do in my free time. When they come for treatment, we talk about them. The only concern among my acquaintances is for my personal safety. Everyone knows what cults are capable of, and if UMers are capable of denying abuse, putting children at risk and rewriting history in order to crucify those who criticize them, who knows…

Who’s lying – accusations vs evidence

We have criticized these people’s public behaviour and public statements. We have never invaded their privacy. We’ve heavily criticized the Benhayons for their inappropriate behaviour around children, practices of inappropriate touching, their personal boundary and privacy invasions and their false and misleading advertising and lack of qualifications. We’ve done so to correct the propaganda marketing them as deities.

We’ve backed everything we’ve said with evidence – either documentary or through first hand accounts from witnesses.

The UniMed cartel, however, has made numerous baseless and defamatory claims they cannot substantiate.

Rachel Hall, Facebook page, May18, 2014

Dr Rachel Hall calls criticism harassment. Trolled where? When? Do you have evidence I’ve trolled you Dr Hall? I’d like to see it. What have I said that is a lie? What was the content of emails to places of work where practitioners are recruiting to UM? Quotes from Benhayon and images from his manuals wasn’t it? Don’t patients have a right to know what practitioners are selling? Especially when receiving treatment covered by Medicare? Stalking? I sent Dr Hall an email asking if she was aware of the images of inappropriate touching and asking her to stop promoting a sexual predator, and she called the police. I wasn’t charged. She wasted their time again trying to have me arrested for responding to a few of her defamatory tweets. Rachel Hall’s fellow cultists, however, called, texted, wrote me letters and came onto my premises after I told them not to contact me. Healthy? More loving? Going online to bitch hysterically about anyone who says anything they don’t like? Advertising that you hear the voices of ‘angels’, ‘karma comes through your teeth’, and ‘sugar makes your bones bleed’?

Next is Rebecca Baldwin, a serial censorship drone who has made numerous complaints to WordPress trying to have my blogs shut down.

Rebecca Baldwin Bullshit

Rebecca was at workshops where inappropriate touching took place and she put her hand on another participant’s genitals while practicing the ‘Deeper Femaleness’ technique. The recipient had not consented to her touching their genitals. There were witnesses.

If I did that, they’d scream blue murder and call the cops, AHPRA, the Sydney Morning Herald and Today Tonight.

Where have I claimed Serge Benhayon is a murderer or a money launderer? I’d like to see the screenshots.

Similarly, I have never claimed Benhayon is a paedophile. He is most certainly a predator – I experienced his predatory behaviour via the sleazy ovarian reading I was subjected to, and UM engages in mass grooming. I have certainly asked why a series of juvenile girls have been sent to stay in his home over the past 20 years – girls in a different age group to his own children (who are well into their twenties), and the group’s aggressive response has only made us more concerned. Questioning these behaviours is not an accusation.

Anyone reading is welcome to point out any such accusations I’ve made. Comments are open.

And then there’s the claims we’re mentally ill because we say things UMers don’t like and use rude words once in a while. To ER with love from the cult

There’s more on the site like that, identical to the content of the AHPRA complaint the cartel made about me that was dismissed four times. The cult psychologists, Brendan Mooney, Caroline Raphael and Mariana Masiorski didn’t put their names to their unsubstantiated diagnosis this time because they’re either under investigation by AHPRA for professional misconduct, or have been disciplined.

Victim blaming

The lack of concern for the impact of her behaviour on others is an interesting charge from UMers, whose abuses are too numerous to list.

With all their noise and posturing and the constant output of lies on their dark little corner of the interweb one fact remains — there are no ‘victims’ coming forward — because there are no victims — only hundreds of people blogging about their positive experiences of UniMed. Rebecca Baldwin, Words on Serge Benhayon blog, June 2, 2013

As far as UM is concerned there are no victims. They only allow glowing testimonies on their sites, telling themselves those with negative experiences don’t exist. The scores of families and individuals who have contacted me through my sites don’t exist. Is it any wonder victims don’t come forward when UM has demonstrated it will make their private lives the property of the cult, assassinate their character publicly, and pursue them in their workplaces.

What if another victim did come forward, Rebecca?

Would they cop the same sledging as me? The cult and hundreds of its faithful have viciously vilified and defamed HCCC complainant Ira McClure, a woman in poor health. Is that what patients who have a life threatening experience of UM should expect?

Threats

We’ve written a lot of criticism and expressed anger and frustration at UM’s self-loving callousness, but we’ve never made threats. Never. And never threatened violence.

But anything goes for the Esoteric lynch mob – working themselves up to this crescendo of malice from Neil Gamble.

Neil Gamble -bully threat-redacted

That was among 60 or so comments labelling a man a bully and domestic abuser based on a one sided airing of his wife’s marital insecurities. Primarily posted by people he’s never met. Funny how in all those thousands of words of spiteful whining she was unable to specify what constituted manipulation and ‘abuse’. At no point was this so called bully given opportunity for negotiation or redress.

Keyboard cowards? Hundreds of investors writing from their propaganda fortress closed to outside comments?

Comments are always open on my blogs, but no one answers the questions.

Finally, all of this smoke and mirrors works beautifully for the Benhayons who are carrying on raking money out of nothing, while their minders put the frighteners on the ‘trolls’.

But no matter what they throw at us, we’ll have our eye on the puppet ma$ter.

And as always, comments are OPEN.

  1. Not cult-like at all, lol. Universal Medicine seem to model their response to legitimate criticism on the methods employed by Scientology:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientology_controversies#.22Attack_the_Attacker.22_policy

I also can’t help but think of the ‘Two Minutes Hate’ from Orwell’s 1984.

“Within the book, the purpose of the Two Minutes Hate is said to satisfy the citizens’ subdued feelings of angst and hatred from leading such a wretched, controlled existence. By re-directing these subconscious feelings away from the Oceanian government and toward external enemies (which likely do not even exist), the Party minimizes subversive thought and behaviour”

And Serge has the audacity to claim he’s all about integrity, love and gentleness. What a sick joke.

  2. The cult’s opinion of me apparently is quite mad, unhinged, at risk of psychosis…

I’m not the one diving into bed before 9 pm so the entities can’t *enter* me. Or the Four Lords of Form on horseback. I don’t sit on a laminated healing symbol whenever my rational mind intrudes on my innermost truth…

And how about this from Dr Rachel Hall on the loveblogs:

I can recall telling my teacher “When you were in your life before this one, you had a baby but it died and you were very sad”. She was pretty shocked, and asked my parents to come in to have a chat.

I remember many occasions when I spoke of the ‘people’ who would visit my room at night, or the ‘angels’ who came and sang with me, only to be told (or overhear the adults say) that I had a very over-active imagination, or worse, that I was telling lies.

And bless you RJM for citing Orwell.

    1. Or special Esoteric healing clay shipped specially from exotic Wollongbar…

And mixed with the self-loving black bile pouring by the bucketful from their hardened livers…

Whatever. Their devotional site to us appears to be of service to the One Unified Truth of their collective hostility.

In other words, they’re shining a spotlight on the hostile, petty, dishonest fools they truly are. And making us look good.

  3. Alison Greig is now accusing us of threats. They’ve started editing comments to make them sound threatening:

‘FUCK OFF IF YOU THINK YOU CAN SUE US OR COMPLAIN TO AHPRA…

WILL REITERATE – FUCK YOU, FUCK YOUR FAMILY AND FUCK OFF AND YOU TOTALLY CAN’T SUE US YOU GULLIBLE TWAT.’

That has been posted on the Esoteric facts site under the title: “Threats from Esther Rockett Health Care Activist’s bunker”

    False and defamatory much?

You’ll need to produce the full quote in court, Alison.

The full quote was Princess’ satirical interpretation of the disclaimer on the Medicine and Serge Benhayon website:

Fake Blogger who’s a troll because he/she has an contrary opinion says:
    January 2, 2014 at 21:05

It’s all balderdash anyway according to their own terms of use. Now that is a disclaimer. http://medicineandsergebenhayon.com/terms-of-use/

    LOL!!

Run that through the reality tester and it comes out as:

THIS SITE IS CALLED MEDICINE AND OUR STAR CONTRIBUTORS ARE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS BUT IF YOU TAKE ANY OF THE UNFOUNDED PSEUDOSCIENTIFIC AND SYCOPHANTIC BULLSHIT WE’VE WRITTEN SERIOUSLY THAT’S YOUR PROBLEM!!

FUCK OFF IF YOU THINK YOU CAN SUE US OR COMPLAIN TO AHPRA FOR MISLEADING YOU INTO WRECKING YOUR LIFE OR HEALTH BECAUSE YOU CAN’T BECAUSE WE WROTE THIS SCARY DISCLAIMER IN ALL CAPS AND PAULA FLETCHER SAID SO.

I WILL REITERATE – FUCK YOU, FUCK YOUR FAMILY AND FUCK OFF AND YOU TOTALLY CAN’T SUE US YOU GULLIBLE TWAT.

with atmic love, the administrator ❤

The dishonesty knows no bounds. Although it may not be as boundless as the denials.

    1. I feeeel from my innermost divinity that parody expressed the truth of service and Esoteric love in UM’s intimidatory disclaimers.

      Now, Neil Gamble:

Let’s hope the real men in the village of Bangalow where this monster resides show …what happens to bully boys.

Mr Gamble is referring to Serge’s followers, who the Brides of Serge refer to as ‘real men’.

It was trotted out in Rebecca Baldwin’s misandrist whinge about ‘keyboard cowards‘:

And this from Kyla Plummer in defence of Sergio the genital palpater:

As a woman, it is a true relief to be around non-creepy men – I prefer to call them real men – as I believe this is our true nature and that creepiness (amongst many other unsavoury behaviors) is a product of a civilisation that is clearly out of control.

So out of control that even the male Brides are threatening violence.

      1. I thought you didn’t exist.

And no, there’s nothing creepy about men who sign up for Esoteric healing workshops so they can put their hands all over women.

Because, lets face it, Esoteric healing isn’t good for anything else.

        Bleuch!

        1. It’s an outrage they get us mixed up. Anyone can see I’m the better writer.

          And I’m much much hotter.

Most hilarious of their accusations is the trolling and cyber-bullying, when they hammer facebook pages and newrooms with hysterics the second anyone questions their bullshit.

It wouldn’t matter if we said fuck a few times or not – the reaction would be the same.
